My name is Angelica Hagman and I am a writer. (that’s what I keep telling myself!) I am currently working on several Young Adult novels and picture books.
Additional facts about me:
- My husband and our two young boys are the loves of my life. I am very fortunate.
- I was born and raised in Sweden, but I’ve lived in the United States for many years now. I currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- I enjoy photography and graphic design.
- I decided to become a writer during my final year of graduate school. In other words: late bloomer! Only time will tell how useful my International Relations and Business degrees will prove during my writing career. I’m grateful for the friends, experiences, and life lessons I gained along the way to finding my dream job.
- Writing brings me joy, fulfillment, and incredible amounts of anxiety. (working on that…)
- One of my writing goals is to help my readers feel good about who they currently are while still inspiring them to become better – more considerate, more compassionate: all that good stuff.
